For C7 can I solder it to the hole by the pad, rather than use the pad?

Problem: Thought I burnt C7 while soldering it in. While extracting it, the pad came off (yellow arrow). Can I solder C7 to the hole next to the pad (red arrow?

I cursed like a sailor with Tourettes syndrome. No one to blame but myself.
