hi everyone, i started planning to put a mappable ecu on my ducati monster for years, finally a month ago i got myecu and now it's time to make it work...
i've been tinkering with it a lot in the past days, luckly with the support of cliff i managed to solve the first problems (changing a couple of connection on the ecu because ducati switched to a new wiring config i guess?)
now i've got sparks, i've got the injectors running etcetc

but the bike won't idle, the best config i found so far is the default map (with tps adjusted of course), but i manage just to get some lazy puffs while cranking, no matter how much i enrich it or lean it it does not want to idle (or run), i've played with the inj duration (on the whole map) in 5% steps both leaning and enriching, but with no improvements at all

has anyone a working map for a ducati monster 900 i.e.?
or any tips on how to improve my situation?

i've already sent an email to cliff asking him for help but i don't want to bother him too much so please forum brothers help a ducati in  need  :)


ps the engine is a v2 (large valves), at the moment i've got everything stock (other than a lamba that i'm not able to use yet) but i'm planning to work on mufflers and air filter once i get the ecu running

When you go to the 'maps' section of the forum you will find several posts relating to bikes with the Duc 2V engine. Surely there must be some that will help you out.
