My original TPS breakpoints were set wrong.
After some reading, i found that the breakpoints are a stand alone of the idle number.
Looking at the optimiser, full throttle shows up as 965, idle number is 77. The break points are full throttle minus 77.
I am using  the oem ST4 break points.

From left to right numbers are,
