O2 edit in Optimizer vs open/closed loop

My Optimiser can alter negative O2 values, but if all of them are zero to begin with, they can only go positive.

Much better than fixing that bug would be a global configuration setting for open/closed loop though, just like the DIP switch. But that would need support in the ECU firmware as well I guess?

If this is implemented I guess it would be easy to *force* closed loop whenever you enter the Autotune menu. Regardless of DIP switch and regardless of soft setting. I think that would be a good idea.

I would normally run my bike in open loop, and whenever I stumble upon a perfect uphill for doing a map line I would enter Autotune and voila, it would be closed loop AND learning until I leave the menu.

Check your Optimiser menues, maybe it's implemented yet.

Well, yes, my fairly new Optimiser version does have the option for closed loop on/off. But my ECU firmware does not obey it as it is older. I don't want to email Cliff once a month asking if it's implemented so I hope he will announce it here. Some info is better pushed than pulled.

Ok, haven't checked that. I just saw the menu option lately.
