If you look at the tiny text table in http://www.thisoldtractor.com/guzzi007/schematics/1996_Sport_1100i.gif and compare it to the schematics you will get a good picture of it.

In case it's of any help, I think I've got this right, any pin not listed is not connected. This is for a 1.6M that was in my Cagiva. Should be the same for all 1.6M's although I've found the wire colors can be different (Pin# = Wire Color - Function):

1 = White/Brown - Horizontal Cyl Coil Trigger
4 = Grey/Blue - Injection System Relay Trigger
5 = Black/Orange - Vertical Cyl Injector Trigger
7 = Yellow/Blue - Tilt Switch(?) does anyone know where this is located?
10 = Blue/Orange - Diagnostic Connector
11 = Pink/Blue - Engine Position Sensor
13 = Brown/Green - Oil Temp
14 = White/Red - Sensor Common (Reference Ground?)
16 = Blue - Ground
17 = Blue - Ground
19 = Grey/Black - Vertical Cyl Coil Trigger
22 = Violet/Black - Horizontal Cyl Injector Trigger
23 = Orange/Blue - Fuel Pump Relay Trigger
24 = Green/Grey - Tachometer (2 pulses per rev. Worked well for DL32 Tach input)
26 = Yellow/Red - Right Handlebar Switch and provides 12v to Fuel Pump Relay Coil and Starter Relay Coil.
28 = Black/Yellow - Engine Position Sensor
30 = White/Green - Throttle Position Sensor
31 = Brown - Air Temp
32 = Green/Yellow - Air Pressure
34 = Blue - Ground
35 = Red - Injection System Relay Contact (N/O)
