Is anyone else having problems accessing the v11lemans.com forum?

Yes, V11Lemans and Guzzitech were hit on the same day.
Guzzitech has recovered.  Said it was an attack/hack. 

Why?  I can't imagine. 

There are theories, but just guesses really.

The theories I'm familiar with are the hackers were;

1) bored, and merely trying to hack new places.

2) hoping the Guzzi sites had useful identifying or financial information on members or their payments.

3) hackers were members of a foreign govt, hacking into our sites merely as an exercise.  Like the Chinese or Iranians. 


For what it's worth, the Yahoo motorcycle sites recently had a number of simple Trojan style attacks, infecting emails.
