engine start failure
06/18/14 at 06:36:07

Hi,
I have a big problem with my MG 1100 Sport(1997, 120000 kms, open loop) The engine has stopped  on the road. And since, I can't start the engine Cry. The battery is fully loaded, the injectors give fuel, the sparks are Ok. Air and oil sensor are OK too. If I run the starter for about 5 or 6 secondes, the engine starts (not at each time) very slowly during about 3 second and stops. If during these 3 secondes I turn the throttle for a very small angle or for a large angle the engine stops too.
I have try with several maps, with just modifying the open loop: same thing...
I have does a dump but It is difficult to load it with ecuControl (1.45).
I can see debug messages
engine not started (with 3 actions on throttle)
d0B0104000000451D7C3D1F003F
d0B0108000000D52C4EAC0A000E
engine started slowly
d0B0108000000F81A4E3D0D00B3

Have you an idea?
thanks

The debug messages while cranking are not unusual and not really an indicator to a problem. The Optimiser you have should display this messages but even then they are a bit cryptic.
They usually relate to the engine signal but while cranking just indicate how it is trying to sync in.

I assume the bike has been running for the last 4 years since you built the kit.
What was happening when it stopped?

Given that is just runs( both cylinders?), I'm guessing a shift in the inputs. You say they  are fine but lets see.
Send me the complete log and the map from the bike. Also the map you think it should have if available.

How do the FETs look? Any discolouration due to heat?

hi,
I have checked the injectors command with a  LED, it's ok on injector connectors. I have verified the value of phase sensor at the sensor connector and at ecu connector : same value , 720 ohms. Today, engine starts easily at idle, it's ok for about 30 seconds. but it stops if i turn the throttle.
I don't understand the values read for the throttle
  - between pin 5 and gnd: 460 ohms .
  - between pin 6 and gnd: idle 1.2 Ko, Max 2 Ko
  - between pin 5 and 6: idle 1.6 Ko, Max 2.6 Ko
how can i send you the map used and debug files.
thanks
