LC1 issues

Hello . I have an enquiry out to Innovate but thought I'd ask here as well .
I have had an LC1 fitted to my guzzi for a couple of years but beyond first setting up have not taken a whole lot of notice of it . Thought I should re-calibrate the sensor . Question is ; has anyone here had a situation where the Led in control box plays dead ? Nothing I do gets a response . Power is there at the (box) on/off switch . Do Led's die ? It's preventing my performing calibration  Sad
TIA .

Not sure if they die other than being blown with too much power but the one on the original Marelli ecu code diagnosis strap on my 1100 Sport suffered a broken inline resistor (encased!) which had me stroking my chin for several days on and off due to the intermittent work/not work, flash/not flash until I poked about and found it sheared through the middle.
I cannot remember the Innovate software but if you connect up to a computer would it not give some form of acknowledgement of calibration? It's that long since I looked I'm probably talking equine dung.

Hoots mon , I've got a bite !  Smiley  Well I since snipped it out (LED) and put 1.2 volts through it and also tried the diode setting test on a MMeter both of which produced F A so I think it must have gone phut .
Innovate said hook the system up but it was not clear to me quite what that would yield . They did say a duff LED would not cause a total stop of the system but the part is vital to the calibration process . It's also supposed to glow all the time the bike runs.
Thanks G. Still running the Sport ?

Pop down to Maplin / Radio Spares etc for a bag of assorted leds then :-0
Yup 1100 Sportie still in the stable. Merry festive - hope the calibration works.

Cool think that 5v might have been right V's and not 1.2  but whatever ... a new one checked out on MM diode setting Smiley)
