Correcting a past error - Missing pulses
03/08/22 at 18:27:00

Those with a My16M or My15M will have the following configuration in their map.
# TDC is the pulse count for TDC power stroke of cylinder 1 ( i.e. When the spark fires
# CylOffs is the number of degrees between success cylinders ( 0-720)
# PulsesPer is the number of pulses for the 720 degree 4 stroke cycle

MyECU Cfg TDC=0x1600, CylOffs=270, PulsesPer=48, MissingPulses=3

The value of 3 for missing pulses was due to some early confusion on my part (2 missing teeth gives a gap period 3 times greater). The correct value should be 2.
This error has not caused any issues, being cosmetic and embarrassing only but should be corrected to avoid issues with future versions of the firmware.

Admin,

Thanks for the update.  So the old value doesn't adversely affect performance, but the new value is more correct.

Is that the best way to put it?

Well not more correct, just correct. The old value was wrong but had no effect on operation at all.
