Hello Guys
As I am just putting together my Daytona 1000 project I would like to run it with a O2 sensor in close loop mode.
So I need to find an O2 sensor that will fit.
I know there are more types with different outputs.
1. Generation O2 sensors is Zirconium Oxide types they have an output between 0-1 Volts and between 1-4 wires
This sensor type will give between 0,65V-1V if mixture is fat and 40mV ̧250mV if mixture is lean.
2.Generation O2 sensors (Perhaps wideband?) is Titanium Oxide types, they have an output between 0-5V
This sensor has high resistance at fat mixture & low resistance at lean mixture.
3. I think there is even a newer generation of O2 sensor with 5 wires.
So I need to find the right one for MyECU. I was looking at the MAP for the O2 sensor and it seems the target setting is around 2 volts or in that range.
So according to this it seems MyEcu must be made for 2.Generation O2 sensors Titanium Oxide I guess ?
(found some map used in Daytona 1000 in this forum)
Hope someone can confirm or have adwise ?
Thanks in advance
